Consultation was undertaken with member states, on the aims and methodology of the Numeric Study, which culminated in a workshop in Luxembourg on 2nd April 2008. During the workshop several presentations were made. These are available to download from the following links:

After the workshop (on 2nd April, 2008), revisions were made to the consultation version of the survey documentation. Guidance on implementing the framework, including advice on undertaking sample surveys of relevant cultural institutions, has been issued. A copy of the standard questionnaire (and a supplementary questionnaire for agencies responsible for monuments) has also been finalised. Coordinator experts in each country are requested to complete and return the following administrative form to confirm their participation in the framework:

PLEASE NOTE that the printable versions of the questionnaire (above) are available for reference and translation purposes only, and should not be used to survey institutions. The spreadsheet versions of the questionnaires can be accessed from this web-site using the side button on the left side of this page.  Institutions selected to participate in the sample surveys that are being undertaken in each country will be sent the questionnaire under separate arrangements.  However, all cultural institutions are welcome to download and complete the questionnaire, and such returns will be very valuable to the study.
