Survey Questionnaire
The arrangements for the survey are different in each country. For a copy
of the relevant survey questionnaire in use in the European Union, click this
country page button.

In each country a sample of institutions has been selected to complete this questionnaire.
However, the survey is available to all institutions to complete and your participation
will be valuable.
Please download the relevant survey for your institution. Most institutions should download
the Generic Survey. Institutions with responsibility for monuments ONLY should download
the Monuments Survey. If you are unsure, please contact Aidan Callaghan
